Senior Leadership Consultant

Role Overview: The Senior Search Consultant is responsible for leading and managing executive search engagements, ensuring the identification and placement of mission-aligned leaders for Christian schools, religious communities, social ministries, and nonprofit organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in executive search, client management, and leadership consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage executive search engagements, including client consultation, search strategy development, candidate identification, and selection.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Christian school leaders, religious community officials, social ministries and nonprofit executives to build a robust network of leadership talent.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of candidate qualifications, leadership competencies, and alignment with Christian mission and values.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on leadership structure, succession planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless execution of search processes and high-quality client service.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and thought leadership.


    Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in executive search, recruitment, or leadership consulting, preferably within Christian education or nonprofit sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Christian mission-driven leadership, with a commitment to serving Christian institutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple search assignments while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem-solving and talent assessment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education, business, or a related field is a plus. Prior executive search, recruiting, or sales management is preferred but not required.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

The Talent Engagement Specialist is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and engaging top leadership talent for Christian schools, religious communities, social ministries and nonprofit organizations. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, relationship management, and candidate pipeline development to ensure a steady flow of mission-driven leaders for executive and administrative positions.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage senior-level professionals.
  • Deep understanding of Christian leadership values and a commitment to supporting faith-based institutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidate interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in sales management, education, nonprofit leadership, or HR is a plus.
